Screen Cleaning Guidelines

1. Prepare an area which is clean and dry. An X-Ray table or counter top works well.
2. Hands should be clean and dry.
3. Use manufacturer’s recommended screen cleaner solution. (Available from our service technicians).
4. Apply solution to a gauze pad. Gently wipe the screen surface with even strokes.
5. To remove particle of dirt or stain, apply slight pressure over these areas. Never scratch or use abrasive.
6. Use a fresh gauze pad to dry the screen surface.
7. Leave the cassettes slightly open standing on edge (like a clamshell) for 1-2 hours. Cassettes should be completely dry before using.
8. Cassettes should be cleaned at a minimum of once per month (Recommended by the state).
